I'd love to learn Sketchup.
Been through many tutorials already.
Was hoping to see an Instruction Manual.

This isn't.

If you don't already understand SketchUp, this book won't help you.

"The D'oh Book contains no chapters, sections or logical pattern.
You can just pick it up and open a page to read about anything from tips to hidden easter eggs.
Dive in wherever you want and learn something new about SketchUp."

I have not been able to get anywhere with sketchup. It is just not intuitive to me. AC3D works for me, and allows for true polygons that unfold nicely in pepakura

LOL
I've had AC3D installed for a year on my computer
...same with 123D Design
...and I don't think I've run them once yet! lol

I think Sketchup frustrated me so much, that I am now scared to try anything.

Thanks for this Rick. I teach Sketchup, but I'm self taught and sometimes my students teach me stuff. This should help a lot!
