1956 Chevrolet
"The Hot Ones Even Hotter",
I can't tell which of the '56 or '57 is my favorite tri-year Chevy, but the '56 Belair is a beautiful car. The convertible has a rare Crocus yellow/Laurel green two-tone color combination... not as flashy as some other colors, but I wanted to try it. Cami P.S. The Crocus yellow/Laurel green combination looks better on the real car. |

Don't let my dad see these or regardless of cost, I'd have to get them.
He and my mom's brother-in-law used to get into 'discussions' as to which was better, the '53 or '56. You probably have guessed which camp my dad was in |

These are just the firsts of what I expect to become a wider variety of models covering the 1930-1990 era (yes I could eventually be tempted by some of the eighties cars such as the Monte Carlo SS or the buick GN-GNX). I could also get into trucks (think about those streamlined trucks of the thirties), buses and foreign cars that caught the heart of the Americans, just like the Porsche 956, the Ferrari Daytona or the Austin-Healey. I as i have already mentioned, possibilities are endless, but time is limited. If I can fill just a little of the huge gap in this area of paper modeling, I will be satisfied.... hmmmm, no the gap is way to big, I will never get satisfied LOL!:D Cami |
