I so like the 56 because I use to have one, but have always loved the 57.

My vote is the '57 Chev.
I'm a Ford man but '57's are very desirable down under. |

I'm glad to see that some of you are pushing the '59 Ford (as a '59 Ford owner myself)! Not sure it wil be enough though, but it is not over. Cami |

I am glad to see some votes are still coming, but I think the picture is very clear... the '57 Chevy is on top of the list of collectors as well as for papermodelers. I am working on the details of the tri-year Chevrolets these days in Photoshop... a long process, but I believe it will worth it!

Cami:
How could you not list the '62 Corvette, last of the true production American sports cars, sniffff?? ;p Seriously, don't overlook the '57 Porthole T-bird and the '50's to '62 Vette, both are classic true sports cars from Detroit. TomW |

The 1948 Tucker should come right after the Chevys and Ford because a little is left to do before I bring it in Photoshop. The '53 Buicks and Cadillacs are a long way from Photoshop and will be on-the-side projects with the vintage style car. First generation Corvettes, two-seater birds (and even the 1958-60 models) and 1953-59 Studebakers are the most likely to be next, but I think that a new thread about a wish list may be a good idea! The '78 Cordoba is not on my list because it is a little too recent for me, but I agree with you Chris that it is one of the good looking cars made in the seventies. It had class! Put it on your wish list! Cami |
