Of course, but there's a place for Toys, too.

Thanks for the update, Cami.

VK speaks truth. Your model has a nice classic metal-toy-like appearance, but it also looks very much like a real truck of the period. I think it would appeal to anyone who likes 1920s and 30s civilian vehicles, tin toys, antique decoupages, or just well-designed and good-looking paper models.

Thanks guys,

I think this one will be an easy-to-customize model. People should be able to create their own liveries, pick their colors (since it is printed on colored paper) and even create their own box to fit the chassis and cab. That is the idea.

I wonder if the scrapbooking section at the local craft store has rusted metal paper

for the well worn Hot Rod shop's Shop Truck

I like models that are painted on coloured paper: Anybody still remembering those superb lightplane models by Robert J. Kaelin? They were painted on cloured paper (about 180g / square meter) and they had a very special charisma.
Cami, please keep going, this will be a showcase model in a class of itīs own!

Here is one of the possibilities for the toy truck. I will not share this one because I do not want to get in trouble with Coca-Cola, but you could build your own box with thick cardboard, paint and logos printed from the internet.

Cami

P.S. I plan to offer the black hood and fenders version for more possibilities just like this one.

That's a nice-looking truck Cami. I'm sure the black hood and fenders version will be more than satisfactory. Looking forward to its release. Thank you for your generosity.

The yellow really makes this model pop. This model is a also great candidate to make out of soda cans.
