I came across a photo of this interesting looking vehicle the other day. A google search will bring up numerous other pics from various angles. It's a 1941 Horch 853 cabriolet fire engine. It's a striking looking vehicle with its looong hood and multi panel streamlined glass dome. It might be right up your alley, Cami.

A streamlined cabriolet fire engine!!! Quite a nice find Don. Vintage fire trucks are very interesting vehicles. Someone here in Quebec has an all original 1917 American LaFrance, that seems to be in a pretty good shape, for sale these days.
Unfortunately guys, I was unable to work on any of my paper projects in the last few months and I am currently having an elbow problem, so I have spent a minimum of time on the computer lately. Airflow and a fire truck... it sounds like a pretty interesting concept. Cami |

Thanks a lot everyone, but do not worry, it is not that terrible. I still feel some pain, but I can deal with it as long as I am keeping away from few activities, especially the repetitive ones. I have stayed away from the computer for about 3 months now and it helped me to recover, not fully, but my elbow is certainly getting better .
I must say it is hard to keep off paper modeling as this is such an addictive hobby, but in the mean time I keep following other designers projects with a lot of interest. I will let you know when I have something new to show. Cami |
