My New Work Bench -- Woohoo!
I have planned and waited for this for a l-o-n-g time!
My wife and I live in an 1865 house that we have been slowly remodeling and restoring. What used to be the servants' quarters has been our family "rumpus room" -- full of books, toys, craft supplies, and whatnot. With a few cobbled-together shelves and cabinets, it often looked more like an attic than a gathering place. This winter I tore out old bookshelves and my old, cramped work space and we had a wall of new custom-made built-ins installed, including the hobby bench I've always wanted. Now, if I could only find time to play there! I still have to finish painting the walls and ceiling and tearing out more old shelves and cabinets to make room for another wall of new bookshelves. But the end is in sight. Now that we are "empty nesters," we can turn the rumpus room into our own library, TV room, and hobby room. Yippee! No worries, --David In case you're wondering, the weird image on the tv screen is the hot end of a Navy jet -- F-15?

Very well designed and executed. You may also experience waves of envy emanating from my neck of the woods too!
