Here's the little ABC Nautilus for reference. It's very simple, about nine inches long, but captures the feeling of the literary Nautilus;

This is probably the most exhaustive Nautilus page (at least that I've found).

I can probably dig up some plans somewhere. An old friend of mine retranslated "20,000 Leagues" a few years ago and I think he drew up plans for his illustrations. Anything I can do to move this one along. I suspect you'd find a great many thankful people for a good paper Nautilus! I'll get back to you on this one with more info!
