Richard Vyškovský

I have created this page to honor Richard Vyškovský (the designer of the Tomas Flyabout and LOTS more) I have provided many links to his free models with a short biography and links to a couple purchases.

This is a work-in-progress, any additional information will be helpful. You can also link to this page from my links page under Richard Vyškovský.

Yes, thanks Phil! It's great to get more info on this talented model designer. I do wish that more of Mr. Vyškovský's work was readily available. In fact, I think it's a real shame that more of the ABC models weren't put into much larger production runs. I'd really love to find the ABC Nautilus (14.9.1967), but I don't have much hope for ever finding it.
Keep up the good work, Phil!
Chris

That's a great page. I was looking all over for the link to some of those models, now you have it convieintly assembled on your honor page.

I also built the viking ship. That was fun and turned out very cool.

I'm glad you gentlemen liked it. I have many pages on the abc website to translate and hopefully I can get more info other than " he was an architect..." to add to the page.
Translation from Czech is difficult.

Thanks, Phil, but no. I have both the ABC Jules Verne special and the old ABC USS Nautilus. I'm looking for the Verne Nautilus mentioned on this page;
http://www.iabc.cz/scripts/detail.php?id=6005
It's based on the description in the novel. I have a smaller version that they did, but I'd love to find this one!
