I feel a bit cheated

A while back(over a year ago) I sent a model to a member here to be colored; my first design, the Sd. Kfz 9 Famo. Well, 6 months ago, i heard that he hadn't even started, and since now, has dissappeared

I wasd going to clean up this model and have it for sale. As of now, for all I know, he could be selling it!

It really pisses me off when I hear of this, and now it has happened to me

have you contacted him?
do you know that he is selling it?
have you considered that his life might have taken over, and he simply forgot to contact you?

It's a tough one. My life takes over what I do so much because of bad health. Maybe he is sick or something. If I do an exchange like that, I get a phone number and make the relationship a little less virtual, otherwise, things like this can happen, misunderstandings and the like.

I know the feeling, that's why I usually don't offer to do beta builds. Between life, and suffering from depression, sometimes I just can't get time to work on a model.

If he were selling it, we would know about it.... its not like there are tons of places to sell we dont know about
