Uchiumi Kiyoharu
Uchiumi Kiyoharu is a Tokyo-based artist whose medium is washi, Japanese paper. He makes small figures/dolls out of paper and arranges them in tableaux that include lighting, backgrounds, and sound tracks.
He has exhibited in Europe, and is often called upon to make models for NHK programs. His subject is usually old Japanese stories and legends like Tales of Genji. Have a nice Wekk-End Faithfully Valmy |

Beautiful. I have seen his work before and always find it inspiring. Very fluid, the pieces almost seem alive.
