It's been a while since I posted any builds, basically because I've not had time to build anything. I'm affraid real life has been more important over the last few months.

I have only spoke to a few members about this, as I really haven't had time or the energy to make a post about it.

I don't really want to get into the whole story, so here's a short version. My mother went into hospital 28th Janurary, the operation she had was messed up. I thought I was going to lose her at one point, thats how bad it was. Shes been in and out of hospital since then, between 12 and 13 weeks inside. She had another operation about a month ago. Only now is she back home and on the mend. Fingers crossed.

So obviously, life has been on hold until now. Hopefully I can get back to relaxing a bit now. Got a long list of things to do. Over the last few days I've added a few more modules to my ISS build, photos will be added to the ISS thread.

Great to see you here again mate. I remember you telling me about your mum, soooo pleased she is now on the mend. Take your time and ease your way back in to this hobby - we miss ya. Take care and regards to you and your Mum.

I quit a very well paying job in 2008 to spend time with my mother, I'm glad I did.

I can no longer spend time with her, as of April 27th, 2011.

I still have time for models...
