A terrible scary night

Yesterday i found out my wife was in hospital jwith typhoid fever and given a 50-50 chance of been alive this morning. Dreading that phone call all night. turned off the laptop to pray as i had never prayed for so long all alone. I thnk the prayers a few freinds said kept me going all night as well so thank you to them who I wrote to. I didn't feel like writing it here last night to not upset myself anymore than I was but now I have to face this sleepless day in hope and prayers I promised her I would ring her this morning to see how she is but my word I am scared right now of making that phone call and finding out something bad has happened that I won't hear her voice. But i got to really do just that right now to keep me gong this day.

thanks rick and Uyraell I did phone and she is a lot better but she sounds really strange must be the drugs she was just about to have some injections so it is looking a lot better now

The drugs used to treat Typhoid fever are potent, and have deep-set initial effects, which can affect such things as speech.
Take heart: the body stabilises after a few hours.

I'm relieved recovery is progressing well for your wife.

It is good news, I think she is going to be fine. so i can relax a little and not worry at all. I better rign the mother and tell her not to worry
