Whoa, its like crop circles ... Are the rice farmers getting input from space aliens?
Is the canvas, pardon, the rice harvested and eaten afterwards? Does art rice bring a premium price, or does the mixing of rices change uniformity of the harvested rice and lower its price? Am I going over the top obsessing about rice trivia? (I remember the rice field burn offs from when I used to live in the San Joaquin Valley, it made an incredibly nasty choking smoke/smog that was more blinding than the Tule Fogs.) |

Wow, beautiful! I had no idea that the leaves of rice plants were so varied. Good sign for biodiversity and crop resistance that so many strains are being used as well.

Amazing!!! Thank you for sharing this with us. I enjoyed seeing the rice fields in Korea, but these will certainly keep your attention.
