Ford Escort Mk1

A buddy thinks this is a classic car
Airfix did a plastic kit but I'm wondering if it was ever done in paper?

Anyone know of one I'd be grateful of a pointer.

Thanks for the reply
1:100 is scary small (but good on gas) might be worth a look. Is it commercially available or a freebie download?

Your buddy is correct.... she is a classic car I hope Rick finds the model for you, i would be interested in that too - ALSO if there's a Ford Cortina Mk III that would be nice - the model with 4 individual front lights instead of the 2 clusters. I have some BRITISH classics in metal from Corgi and some AMERICAN classics by another company {i forget} if these sound good to you, i will post some pictures for you here.

Well, there's a simple model at Minimodel.cz (Ford Escort Mk I Rally).

Thanks for the feedback guys.

I was hoping that some brave modeler had made something like the modelik FSO Syrena. (Something of size & scale that would make a decent gift) Not that I don't like the miniature, but his eyes aren't so great.

Speaking of older cars has anyone produced the intersting cars of the 40's?
I think Canon did a freebie of something but there were a lot of classic shapes, (since chopped for the likes of 'Cobra'.)

peter taft - I'm sure I'm not the only one who would be interested in your motors. If you have time I would like to see anything you have to share.
