Any of the In Action or Walk Around books from Squadron/Signal

if you get their catalog, from Squadron - Your Online Hobby Shop: Mail Order Military Scale Plastic Models and Books they usually have good sales in them on books you might want or need

If you are into designing, then books on Sketchup, etc. might be useful. How about art classes such as airbrushing (useful for weathering models)? Also, a good set of paint brushes/acrylic paints/watercolor pencils. You could ask for a modelmaker type machine or a laser cutter :>)

never been too fond of the walmart paper - its a bit heavy for my taste, never had much luck rolling it. I like the 65 lb bright white from office max

Got about 4 packs of it in my closet - my kids keep snarfing it! heh heh
