The wreck of the Titanic as never seen before Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/

A friend posted this on facebook and I thought it was pretty cool. I never knew the bow and the stern were 1/2 mile apart, always thought they laying close together.

It is thought the bow filled with water and gently glided to the ocean floor nosedown, being burried in the mud, then the rest of the bow came crashing in right behind it.

As the stern sank directly to the bottom, the pressure pushed out the enclosed air exploding the wreck of the stern.

That is why the bow is in pretty good shape and the stern is such a mess.
