Wow!! A friend of mine has a train his father built to similar quality, it is of a locomotive, but is around 4 feet long! This is an intense hobby. There a guy who had a wooden old style F-1 car on his lawn. People asked, of what use is it if it doesn't work. To me, it looks like a Flintstones car, on steroids. I think it was cool! People actually complained to the town. I don't live in that town anymore.

Awesome. But why is the sterring wheel on the wrong side in every model?...

I use to love doing wood work like this but hated all the sanding so therefore I don't do it any more. lol I would love to have a big train or even an F-1, that would be so cool.

I got really bad asthma from Balsa wood. It was a factor that lead me away from the behemoths I used to fly, that and the new insurance regulations. Park Flyers now!

Because some of us prefer to have the driver doing the steering rather than leaving it to the passenger.
