Wow, a thinker amongst us. I don't think anymore. I am just surviving on ganglia. Yes just ganglia intelligence.

G1, Chris, Zathos: Thank each of You My Friends for your warm replies.

I was hesitant to share, for many reasons, not least among them the personal nature of a lot of the Poems I've written.
Also, there occurs a few women in My Poems, not a small number, in the eyes of some.
Those women remain dear to Me in ways and depths I had not at those times foreseen.

While I refuse to actively disrespect another religion, My views on modern Christianity are severely at odds with how Christianity views itself.
The sad and deliberately unacknowledged truth of Christianity is this:
it was adopted as a spiritual means of achieving a political goal.
Namely, the holding together of the by that time rapidly fragmenting Roman Empire.
The direct result in our times is this: while purporting to be the conveyor of God's Message to Man, the modern churches invariably retain that same taint and goal of hegemony received from Early Christian Rome, and regardless of any number of Protestant attempts to step away from same.

Before I am accused of disrespecting Christ; I say this: Christ I Respect.

What has been done politically/hegemonically in His name, and by "His Church(es)" I abhor.
Because: while the Churches have preached long and loud against Fascism they have themselves become exactly that: Fascist.
This view of mine is one I reached whilst still a Biblical Scholar, decades ago.

It so happens, I found for myself another Path.
Part of which is in the Poem below, and thus is also the reason for this long introductory paragraph.

- As He knows He Has and shall,

Grant that all whose Lives and Love He has Touched, are Truly as Touched and Blessed as He has Found Himself to Be...
