Paper 69 Mustang 1 to 1

Here's a link from the Spotlight Models model car board I go to: This Mustang looks good on paper | Hemmings Blog: Classic and collectible cars and parts

Pretty cool

I would love to build this in our lower garage item when it is done I can sit in it and pretend I am driving the real thing I could put a green screen around it and make a short movie

Well, I guess he could of kept the car and made a paper model of the girl, and the ring!

mchale 03-21-2012 12:42 PM

I just sent him an email to see if I could get the files so I can build one

I don't think I might be the one and only paper modeler saying this, but what a hell of a good job this proofs to be. Also how pretty awesome it would be if those files were shared (with consent obviously), and we could all have that one unique icon car in our garage... hint, hint...

I don't have a clue how to go about designing a 1:1 car OUT OF PAPER for what it's worth...

Looks great! But McHale, i don't think you'd want to sit in it, it is paper;)

mchale 03-22-2012 01:42 PM

I wold renforce it with foam and plastic so that I could not damage it

Now if only it were a cooler car - '71 Cuda convertible maybe...
