Metro is doing a competition to select a winner to go on a suborbital flight to 100 km onboard an SXC (Space Expedition Curacao) spacecraft around 2014. Winners are chosen through voting--several countries are starting off with regional competitions to see who can get the most votes. Out of those, a jury will select 1 (based on fitness, interest in space, and personality) to go on to a global competition, where another jury will pick the final winner at a later date.
Anyways, I've set up a profile for votes
here. The website takes 1 vote per IP address per 24 hours. It was very tricky keeping my entry limited to 1000 words as I'm extremely enthusiastic about space travel. I was wondering if anyone would help me gather up votes? In the comments of my page, I've also linked to my artwork and to my Facebook page (which has photos/information on my Spaceflight collection, which includes lots of books, documents, and even quite a bit of Space Shuttle hardware).
