Orlik Shinden

I hope this is the correct place to put up this question...

...I have been looking for this kit for a while but no luck. I've been wanting to build this aircraft but AFAIK Orlik's is the only Shinden published with enough detail to fit my needs. Does anyone know if I can find this kit somewhere?

orlik is now selling models directly and from what I have read, the customer service is tol notch, and the shipping is very reasonable (obviously not for one kit..)

Thanks for the advice. Though I did check their official website before and even them don't have this one in stock...

Yes, it is available in other stores. I just purchased it ( in Japan ) with the laser frames and am building it now.

Will post a bit later

Lex,
Before you spend money and time on this kit, read the review I just posted. I purchased the kit in 2006 and TRIED to build it. Major fit problems, dramatic color mismatch between parts, and vague or non-existent instructions -- this kit has it all.

Orlik publishes a lot of wonderful, well-designed kits. In my experience, this isn't one of them. As I recall, when if first published my review on Zealot.com, there was a long discussion about the particular designer of this kit and the opinion that he was the source of some other disasters published by Orlik.

Excellentement, I'd take that as both a warning and a challenge. Is there any chance you could message me the link to your build? Thanks a lot for the cautions
