hi guys

this just came to my mind thinking what we are

well my opinion is that we are artists i mean look at what we do we make people go WHAT that's PAPER

we are inventors we make things that helps us get things done

we are family we take care of each other and if one member of that family is hurt we all stand by him

we are an encyclopedia we have all specialties from air force pilots to doctors to drivers

we are a small world we have people from all over the world (the big one)

sorry if this was venting but i really wanted to thank u all for letting me be a part of this family

and if u have something to add to my words please do tell

This is lovely to say. That's not venting.. tis telling it the way it is. This place is my second home, without it i would be lost. Although i don't do that much model building these days i still come here and enjoy everything the guys and gals do. We are an entertaining forum with lots of great people doing the entertainment. I pull up a chair, sit and admire. Tis a wonderland for the people of paperness to all hang out in.

I very much like the perception that we constitute a special family with members scattered all over the world. But the artists are the people who design the models, or who tweak the models enough to make them museum quality. I'm merely a hobbyist who assembles models designed by others, so I'm a paint-by-number guy, not an artist.
