Scott,
I cannot begin to tell you how sorry I am to hear of your family's loss. It makes it worse to know it was by the hands of someone who should have been trusted to protect her. Of course your family will remain in our thoughts and prayers. Please let you wife know we wish her God's peace. Jeff

Thank you all for your well wishes. I'm afraid Christmas has already been tainted somewhat for us anyway though, due to past illnesses and losses. They always seem to happen at this time of the year. This doesn't help, either.

The family is asking for help bringing little Katy back to NY from Alaska.
