why are the nacelles blue, when all the rest green,
and what colors are the cloaking portholes?

i think the TOS Romulan ship nacelle end caps were blur to help veiwers tell the difference from the the warbird and the enterprise. the transistion to green romulan ships happened in next gen when they reintroduced the romulansand for whatever reason every since all romulan ships appear green.
