I placed a order, that for some reason would not let me up-date the old info for the order to be correct..........then w/o me confirming the order, it went ahead and did it, itself
I then sent off a e-mail to inform him of the problem and to ask to forward how to complete the order and after a few min's the e-mail was returned w/the following info............mailbox full, can not receive anymore e-mails? Is he out of the country? I placed and received a order this past December w/o a hitch, but this time I have no idea of how to contact other than the e-mail which will not accept anymore for him............gee, hope this web site has not gone South! Rick

Was on the site today, but didn't order anything. I did an order also back in December had no problem then.

I have never had a problem ordering from this site. He is a very upstanding guy and I Give him 5 out of 5 stars. He may be out of the office at the moment but I guarantee you he will be back and answer you. I have bought many models for years from him and I have always received outstanding service from him. I will put my own reputation on the line to guarantee his service. Give him a little time, he will make it right, I guarantee his service.

I had a similar issue a few years back. kris was actually in Poland, getting more models for his shop, so he wasn't able to respond. Give it a couple of days.

i placed an order yesterday.
It seemed like everything went fine. ( today it says the order is pending - but not that there is a problem or anything) |

I have ordered many times from him, what I was asking has anyone heard from him? His mail folder is full, try e-mailing and see what [email protected].
Will be returned.......I just need to contact to verify that the last order was correct........says pending Pay-Pal.....I no longer use this method f/payment, but my CC which is how I have paid for around 50 orders from him? Again, I have no problem w/Kris, I just want to get in contact w/him?

i didn't try the email but my orders say the shipped yesterday. so he must be around.

Last year I tried contacting him about ordering some newly released models. He never returned my e-mail, so I ordered from overseas and will continue to do so. Customer service counts.

I also think Kris is still in Poland since the Holidays. He's been always a good pal on orders and on e-mail responses.
Definitively, give him a couple of weeks. |
