First Men in the Moon and Mysterious Island were favourites however all of them were fantastic.
I take unbrage to the coments his movies were B-Grade, they had excellent production values, outstanding film scores by some of the great composers (B Hermann for one) and they lacked the swearing, crudity and extreme violence of todays fare for many flicks aimed at the Adult/teenager market. He will be missed, but his legacy will remain: Lest we forget. |

Beast from 20,000 Fathoms is a particular favorite... Talos and the Minoton are also high favorites of mine! I can't wait to see the movies he's making in heaven!

Mike Hungerford: Paper Models I always liked the giant metallic man in Jason and the Argonauts. Harryhausen will be missed. Some very good stuff.
