Yup, I hate to admit it but I agree with airDave. I tried to report the piRATes to ebay with no sucess. I've also sent email to the publishers that have piRATed models on email and they didn't respond.
Not much else us little poeple can do! russ...

Getting ebay to deal with pirates?!? You can't even get them to deal with people selling stolen products. I found a guy selling some of the models I had stolen and tried to get them to do something. After finally getting to somebody on the phone was told I'd need to go to the PD and have them contact ebay for the info about the person. Then the PD tells me they can't do anything without proof from me and they don't contact 3rd parties without a court order. At that point I decided that the best thing for me to do is write it off as a bad learning experience and move on with the rest of my life.

I actually sent out an email to Ebay, however, after reading all of the comments above, I suppose it is rather useless.
