Smile Full moon over Tokyo

Took a picture from my balcony of the full moon last night ( Sept 19th ) with my Canon Powershot SX150 camera at full Zoom ( 12X optical and the rest digital to 48X ) and a good tripod, with a 2 second timer so as to not shake the camera.

Here are some pictures.

A personal note:

Please, please, please, lets not send anyone up there to put colonies on the moon. We got enough issues here on earth!

Isaac

It's just a matter of priorities. We could have a colony on Mars right now if we didn't waste money on frivolous things like traffic lights, schools and firefighting!

My point is that we as humans do such a good job killing each other on earth for stupid reasons ( ethnic, religion, etc.. ), that it will just be an extension in space.

Anyhow, that is all.

Thanks

Isaac

Rich, what model easyshare?
I have four easyshare cameras...older models...I love them for their larger quality glass lenses.

hey rich, isn't that last photo upside down?

Isaac, thats not a bad photo considering you didn't use a telescope.
...oh no he di'ent!

Did you know the Moon moved 2km in the time it took for you to take that photo.
