In his listings the trawler is a model from Pro-Model so that's a certified pirate.

...oops, no, I see it sold...for $19.50 plus shipping.

Now, we must watch to see if he lists it again...or did he just have one printed kit made?
I guess its possible he got the model, printed it, and then changed his mind about building it?
If we see another auction, then we will know.

Billy, you can ask for the removal of your photo (used without permission)
but Alan Rose is the one to ask for the removal of the complete listing.

Although, I see no reason why you can't point out to ebay (on behalf of the designer)
that the model is "a copyrighted model, not for redistribution in any form, other than the
exclusive re-issue available at pm.com"

I would suggest notifying Pro-Model that one of their kits is for sale on ebay
and let them ask for its removal.

I thought I recognized the picture, that's why I started this thread. Figured it had to be a download of Rubén's work.
