Paper model rules!!!

" 10 Rule's I've Learned The Hard Way;
1. Don't work on your model while eating.
2. Razor blades are sharp
3. Tiny tots and card models don't mix.
4. Read the instructions, they are smarter than you are.
5. Trial fit...then trial fit...then trial fit.
6. Don't press parts with a steam iron.
7. If two hands are not enough, don't use your feet.
8. When working with small parts, stay out of drafts.
9. Wash your hands constantly...if not more often.
10. The big house you built is far too small

Al Gifford"

Exclamation and some more

and watch out for the carpet monster. He eats every part that falls down. The bare floor monster does the same.

and, someone is a better builder than you are....

and , don't criticize if you can't build that model.....

You can't have enough wood coffee sticks ( useful in a thousand ways )....

don't make canopies like you make paper canopies. Vacuform, use other method, or purchase this most important item for an aircraft model.

I'm sure there are hundreds more tips out there.....

Cheers

Isaac

If it gets too much, walk away. Work on something else. Take a walk. Play with the kids. Play with Momma.(heh) Come back to it with a fresh mind.

Start buying a few of the printed booklets and you will. After my first order of a few, I started checking the local used bookstore for a Polish-English dictionary.

Another thing I found that really helps is: Type Polish characters - online Polish keyboard Let's you type in the Polish instructions then copy then into one of the translator programs.
