For everyone who loves cats...
Amazing video from a family's security cameras shows a boy being saved from a dog attack by his cat. And the cat came back to see if her boy was all right.
It takes a special kind of person to earn the affection of a cat. Not everyone can do that. According to the news report, Jeremy Triantafilo, 4, was pedaling his bike when, out of nowhere, a dog sneaked up from behind, bit him and pulled the little guy off his wheels, according to the video, aired on KBAK-TV. As the labrador-chow mix began to drag Jeremy, Tara the cat raced into the picture and threw her little body into the dog, forcing the pooch off the boy. Tara then chased the dog – an 8-month-old named Scrappy – away as mom Erica Triantafilo came to the boy’s side. Watch for yourself... CAT SAVES BOY |

That is just unbelivable! That is one lucky kid,and one gutsy cat. That was a completly unprovoked attack.Hope the dog's owner is going to pay the medical bills.

I thought that video was just amazing!!!
I have 7 indoor cats, and three adopted outdoor kitties. They can be just as loyal and protective as any dog... One of them is like my shadow, and personal little body guard.. Jeff |

I don't think the dog was attacking unprovoked, the owner is to blame for not training his dog to NOT run after runners/cyclers. Doesn't mean it isn't bad for that little tyke, I do hope he doesn't start hating/fearing dogs because of this incident.
