GPM Store Experience?

Hi!

I'm wondering if anyone has ordered from GPM's online store? How about your experience with their service quality etc.?

*I have been ordering once from Orlik and as everyone said here, their service is superb! :D

Unfortunately, for my new order lately they have not giving me any correspondence yet...with this situation and the fact that there are kits I wanted in GPM's store but not in Orlik's, I think ordering from GPM will be a better choice

(but first, let's check what others said about them

)

Never had a problen with either store

Items always arrive well packed.

Both sites seem to be catering more for overseas customes which is good

Always good service from GPM with my orders from the United States.

Good service, delivery within a week (Europe).
They charge too much for packaging on the site, but they refund the excess within two days

Only problem is that their confirmation mails a.s.o. are in Polish which is a puzzle sometimes

My experience with GPM has been overwhelmingly positive. Good communication, very fast shipment (Poland to Florida in, generally, 5 business days) and excellent packaging; never had anything arrive damaged.

They have also been very good about taking into account the currency fluctuations between the dollar and the zloty, especially where shipping is concerned. They have always adjusted my order for the ACTUAL shipping cost versus what their storefront software charged at checkout, which makes them candidates for sainthood in my book.
