Pre-printed models - market research

Hey all!
I am conducting a little market research to see if this is something I wish to undertake. I am considering becoming a North American vendor for pre-printed kits. Starting with Halinksi kits and seeing how it goes. What other publishers would you like to see in the shop? Feel free to post any comments or suggestions!

Orlik has several aircraft models I'd be interested in, especially the F-15 Reporter.

This is a tough one, I voted for the pre-printed, but only because it would help for some models that are in A4 format. Those I usually have to reduce in size to print at home. I actually rather enjoy cutting them out myself, but I could see where having precut frames for some of the thicker stuff would be an advantage. It would seem like you would have to carry a lot of inventory to make this work, or have permission to print the templates and supply them locally (USA) on an individual order basis (preprinted only, laser cut would be a whole 'nother deal). This would probably solve lots of shipping and exchange rate problems, but you would have to stay on top of it for quality control, which in itself would consume a lot of time.

All of those categories listed are good. Not saying that my purchases would be overwhelming or constant, but it would be nice to have another outlet in the USA.

Other categories not listed would be Architectural, Animals, and Mechanical (like, but not restricted to, Automata).

I usually like files over prints, as I build in a specific scale and 1:18 isn't a common size. But I have purchased printed kits with the intention to re-scale for my own use.

If you get one, you need to sell the other Polish publishers like GPM , Answer , Modelik ....

I prefer printed kits to dowloads.
Also, stock canopies. Laser frames and wheels.

I would not go back. Get the new stuff only.

Isaac

In my response, "other" = materials such as good quality card of various thicknesses, tools, and accessories.

Would add architectural. Lot easier to purchase locally.
