Portland Oregon

So I find myself in Portland as arm candy while my wife attends a work symposium. Is there anyone from Portland who can recommend a really good non chain, local fresh seafood restaurant? Thanks!

Ray,
If you two can make it over to the coast which is about an hour or so from Portland, There is a very nice, really good seafood restaurant near where I work there at the coast in a little town called Depot Bay It is right on hwy 101 right on the seawall. is called Tidalraves.

Ray,

Been there several times and the Pearl District has a bunch of good restaurants and then on south from there down along the Willamette River front. Check out Powell's Books while you're there on Burnsides and 10th along with the tech book annex a block east. Assuming you're in the Convention Center area on MLK on the east side of the river.
