Well I am stumped for one.

That is an interesting design though - looks sound and also like it could have flow with some success, barring the weight distribution that looks a little dubious to me!

It's called the Blackburn Heavy Monoplane. Here's a link to a nice page about it. It never really flew much, and a funny note about it is, the wicker seat was taken from Blackburn's father's garden!
