Zarkov models shop

Hello,

I can't get in touch with the Zarkov models shop site using their contact form.
In fact I get no answer by this way and I wonder if this site only works for orders and this in an automatic way because I recently ordered models and everything went well.
Does the contact form work well? Has anyone had the opportunity to exchange successfully through this form?
Is there an other way for contacting them?

I did send few questions to them using contact form but I never got any response either. Oh well.
