The OV-10 is is another plane retired before it's time. We have one based here in Fresno at the tanker base during the summer.

Ov-10

The dependable OV-10 is still used as attack and COIN aircraft with the Philippine Air Force.
It is been a frontrunner with the fight against terrorist at the south. Though old and spares are scarce, the personnel maintaining them still manage to put several on the air. However, recent crashes due from age and technical issues causes some deaths on the pilots and civilians, it still a backbone of the struggling air force on the war against terrorism and local threats.

My father is also preparing to make several new variants of the Bronco after he finishes his current design. I'll keep you posted.

If anybody is looking for Bronco related resources, the Fort Worth Aviation Museum here in my home town is the home of the Bronco and Forward Air Controller organizations. Fort Worth Aviation Museum

Their facebook page usually has a couple of posts about OV-10's each week, plus posts about some of the aircraft produced in the DFW area. https://www.facebook.com/groups/FtwVMAP/?fref=nf

And my favorite Bronco. Probably a twin to the one AT6 mentioned in Fresno.

I hope he will consider the "long nose" OV-10D.

Neat. I flew those with VMO-1 in the late '70s.
Any good paper models out there of a Marine one?
