a Message for MooNFish

This is a public message to one of our members
"MooNFish"
http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/m.../moonfish.html
Maybe I can get you to respond this way?

Hey MooNFish
...why are you sharing my KoolWheelz models on your Blog/Website
without my permission?
It states VERY clearly on every model...and many times on my website...
"Do Not Share/reShare on any other website without permission".

I see hundreds of other models that you do not own and do not have permission to reshare (on your Blog website).
And I see many of my KoolWheelz models!

Please remove all my models immediately.

Dave, If you post the url for his blog then we can assist better by posting comments on there.

The url you have posted merely leads to his membership page here, which shows a total post count of 1 and precious little else. Perhaps you should have led him on a bit first, to learn more about who he might be.

Exclamation

Guys

Anyone who does not posts on the forum should not be a member. I think the management should consider this. This should not a gawker forum.

Second, I propose the use of a real name system. If someone wants a handle or an avatar, that person's name must be visible. No more encrypted users.

The rest, I leave it to you since I do not think there is any solution to wholesale piracy.

I noted some of my gallery photos are on the Alice site and I am sure that some members here are just a front for the pirates.

So leave your pitchforks and feathers at home. Those do not fix the issue.

My thoughts

Isaac

I didn't post his blog because I didn't want to promote his site any further
and I wasn't sure about the whole "pirate site link post" thing.

Mods can remove this if they feel it necessary.
MooNFish's PaperCrafts

This is his blog...a friend alerted me to the fact that in his "secret archive"
you can find a ton of my models for download.

Secret Archive link is on the right side of the page.

He also has a google page...I already posted a few comments there.

I am compiling a list of all my models...there are many, and it will take some time.
Then I can contact the file host and ask for the files to be taklen down.
It would be easier if he removed the file links himself.

But, I hate to say it...it appears to be another "russian pirate" and they usually do not cooperate.

I for one would strongly oppose a real name policy, and probably leave if it was implemented.

Also, why not allow people to see stuff. Maybe they just want to see fancy models way beyond their skill level. Is there an actual reason to restrict that?
