OK, not sure this will work, but.......
Anyone here have an HP p7 tower no longer used??
MUST still Boot up!!
Either 1423 model or 1534
I do not need the H-D, DVD or even RAM, just a Working tower

Yes I have the Little laptop
but I had a 232 GB download ALMOST Complete
(5 Season of Flashpoint--Lost separate copies of 1-4!!)
Laptop only has 320 GB drive
and I prefer to leave downloads in place til completed!!

I will work a way to pay for the tower, but.......

Format the H-D if you leave it in

Take and keep the Wifi chip and antenna if you wish.........

I prefer an HP p7 model so I can regain Software downloads
gotten and installed from SharewareOnSale & BitsDuJour!!

Also, I have the 5 DVD's one of my 2 had me make, so have a way to re-install the correct OS

one being DVD Creator/Burning from Ashampoo
Yes the laptop had a DVD burner too, but not the processor or memory
BOTH RAM & H-D for that type software
(Actual title is Ashampoo Burning Studio 2016)

I also have DAZ 3D!!!!

The laptop is good for what it is, but.............
I need to use the keyboard from the Tower (Full Size) to be able to type
Also I use the 1907 Monitor (19 inch Widescreen) as it has only a 12 inch!!!!
(my eyes are going on me!)

OK, No one has an HP p7 tower like I need to offer
How about an Empty External Hard-Drive case
for Standard size SATA hard-drives

I could at least get all the info & Software off the one in my tower
And then use it as a backup drive

Been a while since I was last on here. Give me a day or two to check, but I think my cousin has an old hp tower she never uses (she's an Android addict). I'll have to see if it's what you're looking for.

best buy has a kit you can put your hard drive in for $39 bucks and use it.

Mine has it's own power supply but works like most other hard drives,but it allowed me to use the new hard drive out of my old tower.

I have a simple, $15 SATA/IDE HDD Adapter, that I have attached the HDD from my old Desktop to...

Whenever I need to access it, all I need to do is plug in the Power Cord, plug the USB cord into my Laptop, and voíla... the HDD comes up as an External Drive.

It's a very simple fix and works with either 2.5" Laptop or 3.5" Desktop HDD's.

That's actually a much more economical solution than trying to ship a tower computer from Michigan...

I asked at Best Buy last Month for an Empty Hard-Drive case and they did
NOT understand what I meant!!!!
Maybe the regional one here does Not carry then In Store??
Only Order from their website.

Bad News though is coming up with the $$ to be able to get one

One thing,....
Will using the H-d out of my tower let me use Shareware, bits or Giveaway software
With the registration still valid?????

MAJOR problem today with laptop today
It now refuses to see ANY wireless signal
Does that mean wireless chip is dead, disabled, ???
Can it be fixed or is it relegated to reading files only now???
