My sincere condolences to Peter's family and friends. A sad loss.

I remember Peter's talk at the 2003 convention with fondness. Not only was his description of drawing a full size tank impressive and amusing, he described his first paper model, a flute gauge for measuring corrugated paper-board flutes, for corrugated box manufacturer Hinde & Dauch, in Sandusky, OH.

I joined Hinde & Dauch in Cleveland, OH in 1956, at the age of 20, and we had those card stock gauges. So, Peter was probably no older than 17 when he designed his first commercial model! One of my co-workers at the Cleveland plant was Peter's uncle, Roy Zorn.
