Welcome Krys,

I think you will find some very receptive eyes to your offers

I know I will be some of those eyes

I tried to reason with him after he deleated some of my post and limited my access to the site, better to be here than over there...
I am glad that I am here and back to having fun reading the post and seeing the new developments on models and just having a fun time talking with every one on the board.
let's keep it up guys, and just have fun and a fun place to be!

Well ... lets say for sure. The forum has been 'turned around' from populated and friendly to a wasteland of a dictator.

The good thing is we are mostly all here now.

What about Wayne (londonbluemisty)? Has anyone let him know, or know if he will make an appearance here? I really would hate to miss out on his excellent build threads and massive rocket collection.

You know thats not true, your models are your models. If you choose to upload them to a site, and you havent entered into a publishing agreement. at anytime you can have your models taken down.
If they wont take them down, Send a message to the ISP who hosts that website and complain they are violating copyrights. The ISP will either force them to remove them or be forced to shutdown the website.

I dont remember a license agreement when I joined that site a while back, beyond, the basic be nice dont fight bulletin board message.

If they dont take them down they will be liable for monetary damages even if the models were posted for free. The only time this isnt true is if you release your models into the public domain, and that is not the same thing as posting them for free.

I Pm'ed wayne when we all started to post over here, but I had no answer from him either.

Another member I sent PM to was skip(Andrew), the designer of the Enterprise D and E bridges. I did get a PM back from him, I then sent him another PM, but again I got no answer from that one. Although he is already a member on here.

This is what made me think they were reading PM's, sent loads out and but I only got a copule of answers. Then the answers stopped comming back. So I stopped sending. Maybe just me.

When you invest your money in a Parking-lot, you don't automaticly own the cars parked on it , do you ?
