Career Advice, 5¢
I teach at a small private college and Lindsay, the head of career counseling there, often sets up a table in the cafeteria, library, student lounges, and other common areas to offer information on internships, employment, and careers.
She says, "I sometimes feel like Lucy from 'Peanuts' with her Psychiatric Help, 5¢' booth." That comment was just too good to pass up. On Monday morning, I will visit her office to drop off a little gift. The best part is that Lindsay looks a little like Lucy.

Oh yes! I just love that ... and I'm willing to bet that Lindsay will treasure it too.

I really like that kind of humor! I used to write limericks for guys that were retiring from the USAF, back when I was on active duty. They all got even when I retired!

Dear Sakrison:
Where did you find the Lucy Diorama? I'm guessing lots of us work with people who need that on top of their computer to look at before going out on the work place floor. Thanks, Miles |
