Placed 2 orders with GPM recently and have had no response back from them. Anyone have a similar experience ? Possibly on vacation ?

August is vacation time in most of the EU so they could be just getting back to work. in some countries literally everything closes in August.

can only guess its specific to company.no issues with polish companies i deal with.i am guessing you contacted them by email.when i place any order i always ask they email me when goods are despatched

Never had any problems with GPM and ordered quite a lot. but ... it was not overseas. once, they sent my order the same day I placed it... You supposed to receive confirmation by email - that your order has been received and with current status. check your spam box just in case.

The last order I received was in July but I was not sent the usual E-mail confirmation with the order details. Thanks for everyone's input. We will see what happens.

No problems with the Polish Mail right now....

Haven't dealt with GPM recently but they were always good.

Earlier they were on holiday I believe. They may be just trying to get caught up.
I have ordered from them several times, and never had a problem.

Will add my approval of GPM also having ordered several times.
Only problem I ever had was on my end with my credit union authorizing the credit card purchase. Which said credit union due to other issues since then is about to lose my account.
