Can anyone convert a maya file into an obj file?

Hi guys - downloaded this version of a 3D Barret m95, but it's an .ma file, which I believe is an ASCII Maya file, and I use Blender.

I even tried installing a demo of Maya but the flippin' thing wouldn't launch.

As such tt would be very much appreciated if someone could convert it to an obj file for me....
