I'm with Sakrison - the Balvenie Doublewood is my hands-down favorite - but let's not overlook the delights of the Irish single malts. Tyrconnell and Teeling are great works of the distillers' art.

Irish whiskey can cure anything, but (unlike Butelczynski) I think it works better without the tea. Steadies the hand for those very fine cuts, as well.

Don't bother to educate the Mr. "I don't like malt liquor"'s of the world . . . more for the rest of us.

Between diabetes and a Mormon upbringing, I don't drink much.
An occasional beer with supper, that's about it. You can have whatever my share of the world's whiskey supply is, enjoy.

I will have to try them. I do enjoy a snifter of Jameson Irish Whisky now and then.

If we lived close to each other, I'd snap that up in a heart beat. That and any other good Liquor that you might want to dispose of. I don't drink much, but when I do, I want to actually enjoy it.
