Need help identifying an old model

Not sure where else to put this. When i was younger I spent a summer at my grandparents cottage putting together my first paper model. Unfortunately, a few years later it was left out in the rain and I want to replace it, but this was 20 some odd years ago and I have no idea how to find a new one. I've got photos of the model. If this isn't the right place, or even the right forum, I'm open to suggestions on where else to look

The internal structure is different, but it looks rather like the Canon Creative Statue of Liberty, which might be an acceptable substitute is you cannot find the actual model.

Statue of Liberty, United States of America - North America / South America - Architecture - Paper Craft - Canon Creative Park
