Add model to ecard store

I've some model for sell to ecardmodels store, i have sent it to MR Chris Gutzmer by email in 18/02/2017. but it didnt avaiable in ecard store and him didnt reply my email. I think Mr Chris busy or my model have mistake .
So,I need some one help me contract another admin in ecard store to resolve this problem.
