A different and unique form of paper art
Yesterday was free Museum day in Tacoma, Washington. Being a total cheap skate, I took the opportunity to visit the Tacoma Art Museum. They had a display that caught my eye. Paper images were cut out and pasted to layers of glass, then the glass was pressed together to create a stunning 3D effect. The four panels looked like a scene from Dante’s Divine Comedy. Unfortunately I did not get the artist’s name. But I hope you enjoy the photos.

The idea of using glass is inspired.

Very intricate and detailed works here. Thanks for sharing.
Reminds me of the horse scene from the 2000 movie "The Cell"
