I am going through my models and adding a full hull option to them and y wife is doing some major editing concerning the written stuff. I might take this time to revamp all my models so when Chris restarts I can have him put up improved kits of my boats...

I would just like to express my relief that it´s only technical difficulties you are experiencing. I was afraid you had taken seriously ill so you could not continue your work.- Or similar like the death of Andrey Zarkov which struck his father so hard he had to stop cadbest.com for quite a long time!

Take your time rebuilding the site thoroughly, this will do a lot better than trying a hurried approach which may result in a bug-ridden site, causing nothing but trouble.

It looks like you are, "between a rock and a hard place" Chris, no easy solution.. I admire your, "fortitude" to tackle such an endeavor, "head on". (that's dedication)

Update - the site looks back up but its not. Payments still are not working but you can get free kits. I am working on stuff....

Had no trouble logging in and downloading a copy of a previously purchased model.

Hi, Chris -

I, too, was able to log in, move around the site, download previously downloaded products, and add a new item to my cart. The items that were in my cart before the recent kerfuffel are still there, but I can't yet buy them. Except for the purchase function, everything else seems to be working fine.

Yeah its there but I cannot process any payments. No matter what solution we choose it will be a complete site rebuild. Right now I am strongly considering moving to a completely new platform. Its somewhat dependent on what we can import. This could take several weeks to complete. Right now its more important to get it right than to get it quick and be in the same situation a year later.
