Thought reefer madness came out in the thirty’s? So I always thought pot started in the twenty’s

Now I'm thinking it might have been brought over by returning US troops from France.

French exposed Americans to a lot of new things and same thing happened after ww2.

I'm sure Roman Legions and other armies on "overseas tours" had the same problem.
